Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to welcome clients and support tax professionals. You will answer phones, greet clients, and help match clients with the right tax professional, scheduling appointments and ensuring needs are met in person, by phone, or virtually.

You will thrive in a fast-paced team environment, demonstrate strong organizational and time-management skills, and be proficient with Microsoft Office.
