Job summary

H&R Block in Yankton, SD is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to greet clients, answer phones, and schedule appointments with a friendly, personalized approach.

You will help connect clients with the right tax professional, ensure needs are met across in-person, phone, or virtual interactions, and keep the office organized with the team. A high school diploma is preferred; flexibility across locations may be required.
