Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to warmly welcome clients, answer phones, and connect customers with the right tax specialist. You’ll help schedule appointments and ensure each client’s needs are met across in-person, phone, or virtual interactions.

Flexible scheduling and multiple locations may be required; strong teamwork, organization, and a friendly, efficient office environment will help you succeed as part of the franchise network.

Your Expertise

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a customer service environment
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Computer proficient with the ability to use Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations
• Sales/marketing experience
