Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist in Orland, California. You will warmly greet clients, answer phones, and help connect them with the right tax professional to support their needs this season.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
• Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs.
• Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled.
• Help to ensure all clients needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually.
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
• Other duties as assigned.
