Job summary

H&R Block in Preston, Minnesota is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to greet clients, answer phones, and connect customers with the right tax expert. You’ll help schedule appointments and ensure every client experience is friendly and efficient.

You’ll work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, leveraging Microsoft Office tools, and collaborating with the franchise team to maintain a welcoming office and accurate service delivery.
