Job summary

H&R Block in Minnesota Baxter is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to greet clients, answer phones, and connect them with the right tax expert.

You will schedule appointments, ensure client needs are met across in-person, phone, or virtual interactions, and keep the office organized while supporting the team in a fast-paced environment. This role emphasizes delivering friendly service and performing additional duties as assigned.
