Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to wow clients now and in the future by delivering friendly service and helping clients make confident decisions.

You will answer phones, greet clients, match them with the right tax expert, and schedule appointments while keeping the office organized and welcoming. Flexibility to work across locations is preferred; prior customer service in a fast-paced environment is ideal.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations
• Sales/marketing experience
