Job summary

H&R Block in Fountain Inn, South Carolina, is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to welcome clients, answer phones, and match them with the right tax professional.

You will schedule appointments, help clients with in-person, phone or virtual service, maintain a clean, organized office, and handle additional duties as assigned. Prior customer service and ability to multitask are essential; proficiency with Microsoft Office is preferred.
