Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a Seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist in East Stroudsburg to welcome clients, answer calls, and connect them with the right tax professional. You will schedule appointments and help ensure every client leaves satisfied, both in person and remotely when needed.

The role emphasizes friendly customer service, multitasking, and strong organization in a busy franchise office environment. Training will cover office operations and franchise guidelines.
