H&R Block in Wisconsin is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to welcome clients, answer phones, and connect customers with the right tax professional. You’ll help schedule appointments and ensure every client leaves satisfied.

In this role you’ll support daily operations, maintain a clean workspace, and handle inquiries in person, by phone, or virtually. Prior customer service experience is preferred, and proficiency with Microsoft Office is helpful.
