Job summary

H&R Block in Springdale, AR is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to greet clients, answer phones, and match clients with the right tax professional. You will schedule appointments and ensure every client leaves satisfied, both in person and remotely when needed.

Ideal candidates are experienced in fast-paced customer service, with strong organization and computer skills. This role is seasonal and requires flexibility across locations.

Qualifications
