H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to greet clients, answer phones, and connect clients with the right tax professional. The role focuses on delivering a high level of service and building relationships for future visits.

You will schedule clients, assist in-person or virtually, and maintain a clean, organized office with the team. Prior customer service experience and multitasking ability are preferred for success in this fast-paced environment.
