Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist in Skowhegan, ME to greet clients, answer phones, and match customers with the right tax professional.

You will schedule appointments and help ensure every client leaves satisfied, whether in person, over the phone, or virtually. Ideal candidates bring solid customer service experience, the ability to multitask in a busy setting, and strong organizational skills.

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

• Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs
• Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled
• Help to ensure all clients needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members
• Other duties as assigned

Your Expertise:

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a customer service environment
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Computer proficient with the ability to use Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations
• Sales/marketing experience
