Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a Seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to warmly greet clients, match them with the right tax professional, and schedule appointments per client preference. You will support in-person, phone, and virtual service while maintaining a clean, organized office environment.

Ideal candidates bring strong customer-service experience, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting, and proficient use of Microsoft Office.
