Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to greet clients, answer phones, and match them with the best-suited tax professional.

You’ll schedule appointments, ensure client needs are met in person, over the phone, or virtually, and help maintain a clean, organized office with the team.
