Job summary

H&R Block in Brookfield, MO is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to welcome clients, answer phones, and connect them with the right tax professional.

You'll schedule appointments, ensure client needs are met in person, over the phone, or virtually, and help keep the office organized with the team. Prior customer service experience and ability to multi-task are valued.
