Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to greet clients warmly, answer phones, and help connect them with the right tax professional.

You will schedule client appointments, ensure every client’s needs are met across in-person, phone, or virtual encounters, and keep the office neat and organized while supporting team members in a fast-paced environment.

Your Expertise

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a customer service environment
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Computer proficient with the ability to use Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations
• Sales/marketing experience
