Granite Concepts, LLC in Lewiston, Idaho is seeking an Installation Technician to join a skilled, customer-focused team. You will install stone and solid surface countertops on customer jobsites, representing the company with professionalism and pride.

This role emphasizes craftsmanship, safety, and delivering an exceptional experience for each client. The position requires a valid driver’s license, the ability to travel up to 150 miles, and the stamina to lift and install heavy materials.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license and be able to travel within the 150-mile radius.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to lift and install heavy countertops safely.

Responsibilities

• Install stone and solid surface countertops safely and accurately on customer sites.
• Remove existing countertops and plumbing as needed while keeping work area clean.
• Respond to client questions on-site and escalate to office when required.
• Troubleshoot installation issues and complete jobs on the day of install.
• Maintain vehicles, tools, and inventory for upcoming installs.
• Communicate with customers and the assigned Customer Service Representative.

You’ll work on-site installing high-quality stone and solid surface countertops while representing Granite Concepts with professionalism, respect, and pride. Every install is an opportunity to bring craftsmanship, teamwork, and customer care together — ensuring our clients receive the exceptional service and finished product they expect.

What You’ll Do

• Install stone and solid surface countertops safely, efficiently, and accurately on customer job sites.
• Remove existing countertops and plumbing when required while keeping the workspace clean and organized.
• Respond to customer questions or concerns on-site, escalating to the office if needed.
• Troubleshoot installation issues and maintain focus on completing jobs 100% the day of install.
• Communicate clearly with customers and the assigned Customer Service Representative throughout the job.
• Follow assigned schedules and notify customers if running early or behind.
• Maintain company vehicles, trailers, and tools to Granite Concepts’ standards for cleanliness and organization.
• Support inventory tracking and preparation for upcoming installs.
• Demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and a professional attitude in every interaction.

The pay range for this role is:
19 - 22 USD per hour(Granite Concepts, LLC)
