Blake Price - State Farm Agent Team Member is seeking a receptionist to warmly greet clients, manage appointments, and handle inquiries while maintaining customer records. You will engage in sales conversations to offer insurance solutions and support the team with administrative tasks in a friendly, organized environment.

The ideal candidate has prior receptionist or customer service experience, strong communication, and excellent organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in sales conversations with prospective and existing clients, identifying opportunities to offer insurance solutions.
