Position Summary: Process a wide range of registration functions involving multiple programs, policies, and practices related to patient encounters and provider scheduling. The Receptionist - Centralized Scheduling is accountable to the Registration Manager for accuracy in registration processes as they relate to the revenue cycle and is directly responsible to the Manager - Centralized Scheduling for daily registration operations, while being accountable to the Director of Communications for department objectives.

  • Accurately handle 60-100 calls per day, including incoming and outgoing volume.
  • Maintain department standard audit error rate.
  • Maintain a not-ready time of 25% or less (e.g., 6 hours for an 8-hour work schedule).
  • Adhere to Holzer attendance policy.
  • Accurately schedule for assigned queue while delivering the highest level of customer service.

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a service-related field preferred.
