Responsibilities

• Calculate customer bills using the dealership’s computer system.
• Receive payments via cash, checks, and credit cards; record transactions accurately.
• Make change and issue receipts.
• Answer phones, direct calls, and follow up promptly.
• Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer to appropriate personnel.
• Operate switchboard telephone system.
• Communicate professionally with callers.
• Assist managers with clerical duties as needed.
• Maintain friendly, courteous, and efficient customer service.
• Familiarize with department procedures to assist customers effectively.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office is a plus.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weeknights and weekends.
• Strong communication skills to relay customer needs to management and sales teams.
• Professional appearance.
• Clean driving record.
