Western Dental Services, Inc. is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our team in Garland, TX.

The PCC will serve as the primary liaison for patients, greeting them warmly, guiding them through the office, and coordinating treatment services to ensure a welcoming, smooth experience. Ideal candidates will have strong communication and customer service skills, a passion for service, and some sales aptitude to discuss treatment options, costs, and payment plans with patients.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 2 years in a customer service role, preferably in healthcare or dental settings.
• Experience with dental practice management software such as Denticon/Dentrix preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with patients, staff, and third-party stakeholders.
• Attention to detail in maintaining patient records and handling financial transactions.
