Focused Post Acute Care Partners is seeking a dedicated team member to support screening of essential visitors and staff, and assist with community operations during the COVID-19 era. This role emphasizes confidentiality, professional communication with residents and families, and clerical support to ensure smooth daily activities.

The position involves screening for exposure, maintaining records, and assisting with general duties while upholding our standards of care and attendance policies.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand, remember and carry out verbal and written instructions in English.
• Speak clearly and hear well enough to communicate with residents.
• Capable of performing essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Screening employees and visitors for potential exposure to COVID-19 as they come into the community.
• Maintain the confidentiality of COVID-19 screening records.
• Supervise visits with residents.
• Communicates with residents and family members in a professional and polite manner.
• Assists with other clerical duties.
• Maintain regular attendance in accordance with facility policies.
