The Opportunity

This role supports warehouse and production operations by ensuring materials, work-in-process (WIP), and finished goods are properly moved, staged, stored, and delivered to support efficient production flow.

The Material Handler plays a key role in inventory management, warehouse organization, safety compliance, and product quality while maintaining a collaborative, team-oriented work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure cutting and finishing machines are supplied with the correct materials to support efficient production.
• Move, wrap, stage, and store WIP and finished goods in designated warehouse locations.
• Operate forklifts safely, including performing daily equipment inspections and completing required training.

The starting rate is $24 per hour, depending on your role, level, and location. The benefits for this role may include short-term bonus incentive, health, dental and vision insurance, flexible spending accounts or health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and paid sick leave as required by applicable state/local law, 10 days of paid vacation, and 11 days of paid holidays, subject to annual change.
