Carnegie Heights at Henderson, a premier Independent Living senior living community in Henderson, Nevada, is seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for residents, families, guests, and vendors. Position Summary:
The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for residents, guests, and staff, providing courteous assistance and ensuring a welcoming environment. This role is responsible for staffing the reception desk, answering and directing calls, greeting visitors, and assisting residents as needed. Key duties include maintaining registers and records, processing payments, performing clerical tasks, coordinating office supplies, and supporting marketing and activities functions. The Receptionist also assists with dining engagement, monitors communication and safety systems, and ensures the lobby and reception area remain clean and organized. Confidentiality, professionalism, and a customer-focused attitude are essential. This is a 4-day-per-week position, with two morning shifts and two afternoon shifts.
