Avir Vista in White Settlement, TX is seeking a friendly Receptionist to join our team and greet residents, families, visitors, and guests, directing them to the appropriate person or department. You will help with basic clerical tasks and support the care team in a resident-focused environment.

Walk-ins are welcome daily, reflecting our welcoming, team-oriented culture and commitment to a positive guest experience in the facility.

Qualifications

• Previous office experience preferred.
• Ability to type, use the computer and use Microsoft products preferred.
• Previous nursing home experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, families, visitors and guests in a professional manner.
• Provide direction and information to residents, families, visitors, vendors and other guests.
• Assist with clerical tasks and support daily operations as needed.
