Job summary

Spee Dee Delivery Service, Inc. is seeking a Hub Receptionist to greet visitors, answer incoming calls, and represent the company professionally to the public.

You will direct calls, take messages, open/close the lobby, and assist walk-in customers while maintaining a neat front area and accurate phone directory.

The position is full-time, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, with a starting wage of $20.00–$25.25 per hour based on experience and internal equity.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous reception, clerical, or administrative experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct all incoming calls to the correct department or individual.
• Take messages for appropriate department or individual as needed.
• Greet and assist visitors and applicants in a professional and friendly manner.
• Open and close the front lobby.
• Assist with customers at the walk-in counter.
• Sort and file various paperwork for departments.
• Light cleaning duties of the front lobby and office areas to keep a clean and neat appearance.
• Update the phone directory as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Summary

Hours and Wages

• Monday-Friday, 9:00AM - 6:00PM
