Frenchies Modern Nail Care is seeking a friendly receptionist/concierge to join our team as the first point of contact for guests. You will greet clients, manage bookings, and help keep the salon clean and welcoming throughout the day.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in customer service, excellent phone manners, a proactive work ethic, and advanced computer skills to support daily operations in a fast-paced beauty environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Experience as a receptionist preferred.
• Exceptional customer service and professional phone manner.
• Overachieving attitude and enhanced work ethic.
• Advanced computer skills.
• Excellent multi-tasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as soon as they arrive.
• Answer the phone in a timely manner and assist guests in booking appointments.
