Country Meadows Retirement Communities is seeking a part-time Receptionist to warmly welcome residents, guests and staff, directing them to the right places and ensuring a smooth flow of information on campus.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, excellent communication, and a positive customer service attitude. You’ll operate basic office equipment and support confidentiality, reporting, and timely responses to requests.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to operate office equipment including copier, fax machine, etc.
• Positive customer service attitude demonstrating respect, friendliness and willingness to assist others.
• Communication skills that include careful listening, thoughtful responses and accurate reporting to the appropriate individuals.
• Commitment to confidentiality for both resident and coworker information.
• Good judgment in the importance and urgency of events.
• Ability to perform the physical tasks required in this type of role.

Rate: $15.25/hr - $15.50/hr with the opportunity to earn more based on experience

A Receptionist at Country Meadows is the first person with whom a potential new resident, co-worker or guest engages. SHIFT: Part-Time 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. and every other weekend
