Job summary

Country Meadows is seeking a friendly Receptionist for our Forks Easton campus. You will greet residents, visitors and guests, direct them to the right area, and support front-desk operations with a warm, professional approach. This part-time shift runs 4:00 p.m.–8:00 p.m.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Excellent customer service orientation and polite communication.
• Ability to operate basic office equipment (copier, fax, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents, co-workers and visitors in person or by phone and guide them to the appropriate area.
• Create an inviting setting for residents and administrative needs.
• Serve as go-to for messages, paperwork or inquiries.
• Demonstrate confidentiality and professional communication at all times.

A Receptionist at Country Meadows is the first person with whom a potential new resident, co-worker or guest engages.
