Job summary

Avir Health Group is seeking an Evening/Weekend Receptionist to join our Texas facility. Walk-ins are welcome daily as part of our resident-focused team. You will warmly welcome residents, families and visitors, provide directions, and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff.

We value a calm, professional presence and experience in office settings. Evening and weekend coverage ensures consistent support for our community and its guests.

Qualifications

• Previous office experience preferred.
• Ability to type, use the computer and use Microsoft products preferred.
• Previous nursing home experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist residents, families, visitors, vendors and guests.
• Provide information, directions and support at the reception.
• Manage the reception area during evening and weekend shifts.

AVIR Health Group is looking for a qualified Receptionist to join our family!

We are searching for a Receptionist (Evening/Weekend) to join our community that is resident, and employee-focused, a team builder, and excited about the opportunity to assist in building a culture. The Receptionist will professionally greet, assist, and provide direction and information to residents, families, visitors, vendors, and other guests of the facility.

Walk-ins are welcome daily!

Evening and Weekend hours:

• Mnday, Thursday and Friday 5p-8p
• Saturday and Sunday 10a-8p
