Miller Industries in Tennessee is seeking a friendly Front Desk Receptionist to greet visitors, answer phones, and perform clerical tasks supporting daily operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and typing.
• Familiarity with multi-line telephone systems.
• Experience in recruiting and ATS preferred.
• Experience in a similar role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct visitors.
• Notify employees when visitors arrive.
• Coordinate with security for visitor badges and alarm maintenance.
• Answer and direct all phone calls.
• Receive, sort, and distribute mail daily.
• Support recruitment efforts.
• Provide administrative support to team members.
• Support various departments as needed.
• Organize the reception area per office procedures.

Summary

As the Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the face of our company as you greet our customers and perform various clerical tasks. The ideal candidate will have a friendly demeanor, strong organizational skills, and an eagerness to assist customers. Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Serve visitors by greeting and directing them appropriately.
• Notify relevant employees when visitors arrive.
• Collaborate with security regarding visitor badging and the testing and maintenance of the alarm systems.
• Answer and direct all phone calls.
• Receive, sort, and distribute mail daily.
• Support recruitment efforts.
• Provide administrative support to team members as necessary.
• Support various departments as needed.
• Organize the reception area while complying with the office procedures and regulations.

Other duties may be assigned.

Education And Experience
