Catholic Charities Diocese of Springfield Illinois is seeking a full-time front desk receptionist to cover the onsite reception area at our Springfield office. You will greet visitors, manage a multi-line phone system, handle mail, deliveries, and general clerical support from 8:30 a.m.
to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. The role emphasizes professional communication, strong computer skills with Microsoft Office, and the ability to multitask while maintaining an organized, welcoming reception
Provides coverage of front office reception area duties. This position is onsite. Hours are full time, Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm.
