Generations Healthcare's Smith Ranch Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation in San Rafael is seeking a Receptionist to handle clerical tasks and greet residents and visitors. The full-time role runs 7:00am to 3:30pm with weekend flexibility.
You will operate the paging/telephone system, route calls, maintain resident records, and support staff according to policies. A high school diploma, clerical experience, typing 35 wpm, 10-key calculator skills, and basic computer knowledge are required.
Fulltime, 7:00am - 3:30pm (must have flexibility with days of week including weekends)
