As the first point of contact for clients and incoming visitors, the ideal candidate will have a professional demeanor and perform well in a fast-paced environment. The scheduled shift of this position is Monday to Friday 7:45a.m to 4:45p.m.Job FunctionsMeet and greet all incoming visitors and clients as they arrive. Offer refreshments to visitors where appropriate and ensure they are comfortable.Answer all inquiries from visitors or employees that cross the desk. Enter all visitor lists received through email and meeting room system and input into building visitor system. Direct visitors or clients to appropriate contact.Coordinate with the lobby desk for all firm functions to ensure a smooth visitor entry to the building.Answer and direct all phone calls, including internal hotlines. Assist with urgent requests such as guest wireless, mother’s room codes, etc.Send welcome packages including directions to the office and support locations for internal visitors.Escorts to meeting rooms or host locations. Provide tours where applicable.Assistance with coat check, luggage, arranging taxis, etc.Conduct Audit of Temporary Badges Daily Enter required data into the tracker for temporary badge distribution. Follow up on non-returned badges.Review and adhere to Opensity Solutions and client policies and procedures including outline safety regulations. Note that client policies and processes will generally supersede Opensity Solutions. Opensity Solutions Management will clarify, as necessary.Position Requirements/Experience/ Education:2-3 years’ experience working in a service industry such as Hotel and Restaurant, Hospitality and/or Event Planning preferredMust have strong technical skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Google docs, audio/visual equipment)Able to stand for extended periods of timeWorks well in a fast-paced environmentGood listening and professional demeanorMust be able to navigate clients of every professional level.Maintain an elevated level of professional appearance and demeanor.Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greaterAbility to grasp, lift or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbs.Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period of timeCompetencies:Client first mentalityDemonstrates accuracy and attention to detailDetail oriented with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced high energy environment where priorities are constantly changingSolid decision-making skills within the scope of the positionAbility to meet deadlines and work under pressureExcellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary.Actively listen and identify both spoken and unspoken needsAbility to use technologyPrioritizing, flexibility, adaptabilityThe Compensation range for this role is 24.70 to 27.40 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus.
