Job summary

Opensity Solutions is seeking a Service Specialist to provide hospitality and facilities support at the client's office. The role runs 38 hours per week, Tue–Fri 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Sat 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., in the Cleveland, OH area.

You will greet visitors, set up meeting spaces, coordinate catering, manage room reservations, and assist with daily office operations to ensure a professional, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ year in a customer services role.
• Ability to multitask with careful attention to detail.
• Ability to resolve issues professionally and tactfully.
• Ability to lift or move 40 lbs or more.
• Ability to lift, carry, or move packages with a cart.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and maintain a welcoming environment.
• Prepare and set up meeting rooms with furniture and AV equipment.
• Provide food and beverage support for meetings.
• Inspect conference rooms and office spaces for cleanliness and stock.
• Support visiting offices and daily workspace readiness.
• Coordinate room reservations and office services.
• Assist with after-hours events and setup/breakdown.
• Assist with floor coordination and basic supplies management.
• Support facilities and communication with client contacts.

If you thrive in a professional business environment and seek to join an organization with true career growth opportunities, we invite you to apply to join our dynamic team.Schedule & Hours:This position will be scheduled for 38 hours per week.Tuesday - Friday 8:00a.m to 5:00p.mSaturday - 8:00a.m to 2:30p.mEssential Job ResponsibilitiesHospitality ServicesDeliver an elevated guest experience by greeting visitors, responding to requests promptly, and maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.Prepare and set up meeting rooms according to event specifications, including furniture arrangements, audiovisual equipment, and catering support.Coordinate and provide food and beverage services for meetings, including breakfasts, lunches, refreshments, and catered events.Conduct regular inspections of conference rooms, office spaces, pantry areas, and kitchens to ensure cleanliness, organization, and proper stocking of supplies.Maintain visiting offices and temporary workspaces by ensuring they are cleaned, organized, and fully prepared for daily use.Support operational service requests, including supply deliveries, event support, equipment setup, and other hospitality-related tasks.Utilize room reservation systems, scheduling tools, and office software to manage hospitality operations efficiently.Provide support for occasional after-hours events, including setup, coordination, service, and breakdown activities.Floor Coordination includes the upkeep of copy rooms and stocking of general supplies, delivery of paper, and basic daily maintenanceFacilities Services may include hanging pictures, small office moves, cleaning services and communication with key client contacts regarding building/equipment concerns.Qualifications & RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GED1+ work experience in a customer services fieldAbility to multitask with attention to detailAbility to resolve issues with professionalism and tactAbility to lift or move 40 lbs. or greaterAbility to grasp, lift or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbsAbility to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period of timeThe Compensation range for this role is up to 16.00 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus.
