Position Title: Receptionist


Pay Rate: Up to $20/hour DOE


Assignment: Temporary | Approximately 30 Days to 6 Weeks


This is a great opportunity for a polished, highly organized professional who knows how to make a strong first impression. A growing tax law firm is seeking a Receptionist to serve as an important point of contact for prospective clients, handling incoming inquiries, gathering key information, maintaining accurate records, and scheduling consultations with attorneys.


The ideal candidate is sharp, confident, and exceptionally organized, with strong customer service instincts, professional communication skills, and the ability to comfortably speak with clients and senior-level professionals.

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office

  • Comfortable learning and navigating systems such as Clio Manage and Dropbox

  • Proactive mindset, strong sense of urgency, and ability to work independently in a professional office environment
