Job summary

Exos Partners, LLC is hiring a part-time Receptionist in Saint Paul, MN. You will welcome members, assist with enrollment, and manage front desk operations while supporting payroll coordination with the Manager.

You will also track locker and towel inventories, complete membership reports and audits, and respond to member concerns. The role requires strong communication, organization, and customer service in a gym setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School diploma obtained.
• Strong organizational skills and customer-service oriented approach.
• Knowledge of Google applications and Microsoft Office applications.
• Highly developed written and verbal communication skills.
• CPR/FA certifications within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome members and assist with enrollment at the front desk.
• Coordinate with Manager to ensure accurate payroll.
• Assist with fitness center locker and towel program and inventory tracking.
• Complete monthly membership audits and generate membership reports.
• Respond to member concerns, suggestions, and complaints professionally.
• Keep fitness centers stocked and clean; perform other duties as needed.
