Job summary

Rosecrance Ware Center is seeking a receptionist to manage front desk operations, answer calls, greet visitors, and perform clerical tasks in a behavioral health setting.

The position features 8-hour shifts, Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm, onsite at the Ware Center. Starting base pay is $18.00 per hour, with a comprehensive benefits package and a focus on secure, customer-focused service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Reception experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• General clerical training or experience helpful.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to all incoming phone calls and direct to appropriate parties or take messages.
• Welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate locations.
• Perform miscellaneous clerical duties as assigned.
• Answer the inquiry line and direct as assigned.
• Perform secure handling of cardholder data and adhere to PCI DSS guidelines.
• Be a member of the Clerical Team and participate in team meetings and activities.
• Comply with Rosecrance Corporate Compliance Program and Code of Conduct.
• Deliver exceptional customer service consistently.

Position Summary

Perform receptionist and switchboard duties and miscellaneous clerical tasks.

Qualifications

• General clerical training or experience

Responsibilities

• Work hours assigned by leadership and be available to work additional hours when necessary.
• Respond to all incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate parties or taking messages as necessary.
• Welcome all visitors and ensure they are directed to the appropriate parties or locations.
• Perform miscellaneous clerical duties as assigned.
• Answer calls from the inquiry line and direct as assigned.
• Perform secure handing of cardholder data, including encryption, data storage limitations, and adherence to security protocols.
• Participate in mandatory Payment Card Industry (PCI) training, access controls, and regular security assessments, all aligned with PCI Data Security Standard (DSS) guidelines.
• Serve as a member of the Clerical Team and participate in all team meetings and activities.
• Understand and comply with all the principles established by the Rosecrance Corporate Compliance Program and Code of Conduct.
• Deliver exceptional customer service consistently to every customer.
• Serve as a role model for other staff, clients and customers and demonstrate positive guest relations in representing Rosecrance.
• Assume other related responsibilities as assigned by leadership.

Compensation

• Base Rate: Starting at $18.00 hour (pay is based on education, experience, and credentials)
