Job summary

Serenity Healthcare in Desert Ridge, AZ is seeking a friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors and create a welcoming atmosphere. You’ll greet guests, manage check-ins/outs, verify information, schedule appointments, and support the front desk with calm professionalism.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of customer-facing experience (retail, hospitality, etc.), a High School Diploma or GED, and strong communication skills.

• 1+ year of customer-facing experience in retail, hospitality, or similar fields.

• Strong verbal and written communication; comfortable with scheduling tools.

About The Role

As a Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for visitors — the person who sets the tone and creates a welcoming atmosphere. This role is perfect for someone with strong customer service skills who enjoys purposeful work.

Location: Desert Ridge, AZ

Position: Receptionist

Schedule: 3 Days/Week | 13-Hour Shifts

No experience in a specific field? No problem. If you have a background in hospitality, retail, or any fast-paced customer service role, you already have the skills we're looking for — we'll teach you everything else.
