Job summary

Serenity Healthcare is seeking a personable Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors. You will greet guests, handle check-ins/outs, verify information, and help with forms while maintaining a welcoming front desk environment.

We value strong customer service and offer a supportive team, with opportunities to learn new tools and processes in a fast-paced setting. Position is 3 days per week with 13-hour shifts, based in Denver, CO.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer-facing experience (retail, hospitality, etc.)
• High School Diploma or GED is required
• Willingness to learn new processes and tools
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
• A people-first attitude with excellent communication skills

If you have a background in hospitality, retail, or any fast-paced customer service role, you already have the skills we're looking for — we'll teach you everything else.
