Job summary

Signature HealthCARE of Bowling Green is seeking a Receptionist to provide general office support, answer and direct calls, and handle mail distribution in a patient-centered environment. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 6 months to 1 year of customer service or clerical experience.

How you Will make a difference

Our Receptionists make a difference by providing general office support that includes a wide variety of clerical activities and tasks. They are responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate departments and Stakeholders, and mail distribution.

What you Need to make a Difference

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent related work experience.


• Six (6) months to one (1) year customer service experience or related experience performing office/clerical duties.

2-3 Days weekdays 430p-8p & rotate Weekends 8a-430p

(week one- 24hrs/ Week two- 12 hrs)
