Role Description

The Receptionist role at Western Natural Resources is a full-time, on-site position based in Oklahoma City, OK. The Receptionist will be responsible for welcoming visitors, answering and directing phone calls, and managing the front desk to ensure a professional and efficient office environment. Daily tasks include handling incoming and outgoing mail, maintaining visitor logs, scheduling and coordinating meeting rooms, and providing basic administrative support such as filing, data entry, and document preparation. The role also involves assisting internal teams with clerical requests, coordinating with building services when needed, and supporting a positive experience for employees, partners, and guests. Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess strong Receptionist Duties and Clerical Skills, including front desk management, filing, and basic administrative support.

  • Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact respectfully with visitors, vendors, and team members.
