SBM is seeking an on-site Receptionist to manage a multi-line phone system, greet visitors, and route inquiries to the correct personnel. The role requires basic clerical duties, mail and fax management, and dependable, professional communication.
Responsibilities include directing calls, taking messages, and providing information about SBM and its services. Prior experience with voicemails and bilingual English/Spanish is preferred for effective support.
The Receptionist will be responsible for operating a multi-line telephone system to answer incoming calls and directs callers to appropriate personnel by performing the following duties.

Education and/ or Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Previous multi-line phone experience; 25+ calls per hours; Bi-Lingual (English / Spanish); Voice Mail experience
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: May be required to have a valid driver’s license
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos; write simple correspondence; effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Monday-Friday 9:00am-3:00pm $14.00-$15.00 per hour
