Title: Site Manager Job Description: NOW HIRING: Site Manager Compensation: $70,000-$75,000 per year (Monday through Friday- some weekends needed) Schedule to be flexible covering hours from 6:00AM to 5:00PM.
Job Overview The Site Manager will be responsible for directing company programs and implementing company policy to ensure total compliance with contract duties between company and customer.

Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field from a four-year college or university with 2 – 5 years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Carries out management responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, planning, assigning, and directing work; performance evaluations; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Ensure employees are properly trained on tasks and safety requirements.
