As a Sales Associate with The Connor Group, you are the face of our community! Your goal is to provide everyone who calls or visits the community an amazing experience, making them excited about the possibility of their new home and community they live in. You are a part of the community and enjoy sharing what you love most about living in Denver, CO and the surrounding areas. You are passionate about driving sales and can do it with a Luxury one of a kind product!

• Educate and overcome objections using fact finding techniques to really get to know potential clients over the phone, via a virtual tour or in person!
• You’re an innovative problem solver! Making your guests' day is your priority and you’re able to proactively resolve guest concerns while sticking to company policy.

Pay/Benefits Information

• Competitive hourly compensation as well as up to $20,000 in Commission – earned and paid Monthly ($60,000 - $75,000 all in)
• Full Benefits – Medical, Dental, Vision
• Up to 88 hours of Paid time off in your first year, PLUS Paid Holidays
