Job summary

Ewald Automotive Group is seeking a friendly Receptionist at our Chevrolet dealership in Oconomowoc, WI. You will be the first point of contact for guests and support daily administrative needs in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting.

Your role includes routing calls, greeting visitors, processing payments, typing memos and reports, and providing general clerical support under the Office Manager. This part-time position offers training, benefits, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous auto dealership experience preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities

• Route incoming calls, take messages, and provide basic information to callers.
• Greet and assist customers as they arrive.
• Receive payments and maintain accurate deposit logs.
• Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents.

We’re seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at our Chevrolet dealership in Oconomowoc, WI. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with people and keeping operations running smoothly in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
