Job summary

HNE is seeking a detail-focused Operations Specialist in Minnesota to join a growing legal services team. You will execute queue-based tasks, maintain precise documentation, and follow defined procedures to ensure timely completion.

Report to the Operations Lead/Supervisor and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues. Prior experience in mortgage servicing or regulated processing is a plus; this is a pathway into a long-term legal operations career.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned queue work accurately and timely; maintain clean system documentation and artifacts.
• Follow documented procedures, templates, and standards; flag exceptions early.
• Communicate clearly with internal teams and clients/vendors through approved channels.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying recurring defects/rework drivers.
• Acts as the first point of contact, managing front desk operations, greeting guests and providing administrative support.
