In this vital role, you'll be the first point of contact for our residents, families, staff, and visitors - helping to create a warm, positive, and organized environment every day. As our Receptionist, you'll work closely with employees, residents, and their families to ensure outstanding customer service and smooth front-desk operations. You'll assist with a variety of administrative tasks, manage phone calls, greet guests, and support the facility's daily functions as directed by the Administrator.
