Harmony Gardens, a Cassia community,is hiring a Receptionist to work in our building in Maplewood, MN. In this role, you will greetvisitors, answer and route phone calls, help with administrative tasks, and provide exceptional customer service to guests. Our ideal candidate is passionate about working with the elderly, has the ability to multi-task and assist with administrative support, and is friendly and professional in all situations.

Position Type: Part-Time, working a varying schedule including every other weekend

Shifts Available:

Evenings 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM (Weekdays) & 2:00 PM - 7:30 PM (Every Other Weekends)

Wage Range: $19 - $20.50 / hour depending on experience.

Location: 1438 County Road C East, Maplewood, MN 55109

Receptionist responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service at all times.
